Niall T. Martin

Niall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the American University in Washington, D.C. in 2017 and Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2023. He is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin.

Prior to law school, Niall worked as a software tester at Epic Systems in Verona, WI. While in law school, Niall worked within the Family Court Clinic, where he developed an interest in practicing family law. He was also elected by his peers to serve as Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Niall is perhaps most proud of an admittedly dry critique of our nation’s federal telemarketing regulations he wrote, which was later published in the Wisconsin Law Review.

Niall’s professional focus is within Family Law. More specifically, Niall assists clients through issues such as divorce, legal separation, paternity, child support, maintenance, child custody, and child placement issues. From his time in the Family Court Clinic, he also has had success working on appeals.

Niall maintains membership with the State Bar of Wisconsin, State Bar Family Law Section, and the Dane County Bar Association.

In his free time, Niall enjoys movies, exploring new restaurants with his family and friends, and tinkering with technologies he does not fully understand.
